We are looking for network support technicians of all skill
levels who want to become part of our team to service our
ever growing base of customers. We are very proud of

areas of British Columbia – Victoria and Vancouver
with our head office in Kelowna.
We need confident and capable people who have strong troubleshooting
and technical problem solving skills in small and medium
business environments. You must have a strong background
in hardware and desktop software. Our main goal is to enhance
productivity of small and medium sized businesses with appropriate
IT support and planning by focusing on the total cost of
ownership of technology and harmonizing business and IT goals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
to work in our professional team environment. A positive
attitude and proactive approach to problem solving will make

SUPPORT TECHNICIAN
RESPONSIBILITIES
Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited
to:
- Interface with clients on the phone, by email and in
person in a professional manner
- Employ our technical support application to manage and
update service requests
- Manage client data in our knowledge base
- Determine priority of requests as they come in and relay
this to the dispatcher or field technician
- Oversee queues to ensure that work assigned to you is
completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Use RDP technology to troubleshoot problems with users
- Research parts and supplies as required, submit with
minimum required information to purchasing officer
- Work with our ACD phone system to monitor your activity
throughout the workday
- Interact with senior technicians and administrators to
improve company procedures and share knowledge
- Follow-up with technicians and clients to further requests
to completion
- Use Microsoft programs to track projects, scheduling,
communications and shared documents
- Perform other duties as assigned
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Graduation or equivalent
- Computing Science Certificate or Diploma or equivalent
work experience
- A+ and Microsoft Certification preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid BC Driver's License
